Privacy Policy

econocents.com is a website operated by Venero Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Venero Ventures,” “we,” “us”). We operate a loan-matching service. We are not a lender. When you submit a loan request through our form, we transfer the information you provide to the lending networks you select, and those networks and their participating lenders pay us for it. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, who receives it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you complete a loan request form we collect:
- Identity and contact details — name, email address, telephone number, state, and ZIP code.
- Loan request details — requested amount, loan purpose, monthly income, employment status, and your self-reported credit range.
- Technical and consent records — your IP address, browser user agent, the page you submitted from, the consent boxes you checked, the exact consent wording and version you saw, and timestamps. Where present, we also store independent consent-verification certificates (such as TrustedForm or Jornaya identifiers).
When you browse the site we collect standard technical data such as pages visited and anonymized analytics. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the service is intended for US residents only.
Cookies, analytics, and third-party tracking
We use a small number of third-party tools on the site. Each is listed below with what it collects and whether it can track you across other websites:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — page-view counts. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
- Microsoft Clarity — how visitors use the site (clicks, scrolling, the path from one page to the next, and session replays of page interactions). It runs on every page, including the loan request page. Clarity sets cookies and may combine what it observes here with data Microsoft collects about you on other websites and over time. Clarity is configured to mask the text you type into form fields, so your entries are not captured in replays. Microsoft’s own privacy statement governs its use of that data.
- Sentry — error reports when something on a page breaks. Reports may include your IP address and browser details, and are used only to fix the fault.
- Consent-verification services (TrustedForm and Jornaya) — run only on the loan request form and record the fact of your consent. See “Information we collect” above.
Other than Clarity, no advertising network or other party collects personally identifiable information about your activity across different websites when you use this site.
How to disable them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which disables Clarity’s cookies; most browsers and content-blocking extensions also let you block third-party scripts such as clarity.ms entirely. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal for site analytics. Turning these tools off does not affect your ability to use the site or submit a loan request.
How we use your information
- To transmit your loan request to the lending networks you selected, so their participating lenders can decide whether to make you an offer.
- To verify the information you submit (for example, checking that an email address or telephone number is real, or screening for fraud) using third-party verification services.
- To keep records of your consent, which protects both you and us.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
Who receives your information — and that we are paid for it
We sell the information in your loan request. Specifically:
- Lending networks and their participating lenders. We transfer your loan request only to the networks you check on the consent step. Those networks distribute it to participating lenders, and we cannot control which individual lenders receive it. The networks and lenders pay us for this information. You may be contacted by companies you have not heard of.
- Verification and fraud-prevention providers. We may share limited data (such as your email address, telephone number, or IP address) with services that validate it or screen for fraud.
- Service providers that host our infrastructure and process data on our instructions. Within Venero Ventures and its service providers, access to your loan request is limited to the people and systems whose functions require it.
- Legal requirements. We will disclose information where required by law, court order, or to protect against fraud or abuse.
We do not transfer your loan request to anyone other than the recipients above. We do not sell your information to debt-relief, credit-repair, or other non-lending marketers.
Your privacy rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we are legally required to keep, such as consent records) by using the details on our Contact page.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Because transferring loan requests to lending networks is a sale of personal information, you have the right to opt out. To opt out, do not submit the loan request form, or contact us via our Contact page and we will exclude your details from any future transfer. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal for site analytics. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Marketing communications and revoking consent
If you gave a lending network consent to contact you, you may revoke that consent at any time by any reasonable method — including replying STOP to any text message, or contacting us — and revocations are honored within ten business days. Revoking consent does not affect loan requests already transferred, but we will not transfer your information again afterward.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. Access to consumer data is restricted to the people and systems whose functions require it, our staff and service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations, and we maintain an information-security program appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle.
If there is a security breach
If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will investigate it, contain it, and notify you at the email address in your loan request without unreasonable delay and within any timeframe required by applicable law, together with any regulators or lending networks the law or our contracts require us to inform. Our notice will describe what happened, what information was involved, and what you can do to protect yourself.
Retention
We keep loan request and consent records for as long as needed to operate the service and to meet legal, audit, and dispute-resolution obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
